  • Advance Shipping Labels (PDF). Advance shipments must arrive at the Willwork warehouse between March 13, 2023, and April 11, 2023. Direct shipping to the hotel is not available for this conference.

Willwork Global Event Services is the preferred material handling provider for Directions 2023. Willwork is available for the receipt, holding and delivery of your exhibit materials. Your exhibit materials should be sent c/o Willwork and identified with your organization, your assigned Premier Sponosr Exhibit or Expo Booth number(s).

Please use the Directions 2023 Advance Shipping Labels for all packages.

The domestic delivery services include:

  • Acceptance of packages at the Willwork warehouse no earlier than Monday, March 13, 2023 at 8:00 AM (Please note: All packages arriving earlier than February 28 may be charged a storage fee per box / per day.)
  • Packages shipped to the Willwork warehouse must arrive by Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 3:30 PM.
  • Delivery to your Premier Sponsor Exhibit area and/or Expo Kiosk. Please identify your preferred location(s) so your shipments will be where you wanted during set up.
  • Storage of shipping containers during the conference.
  • Return of shipping containers at the close of the conference.
  • Pickup of packed materials for outbound shipment.

Sponsors and Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to use Willwork rather than ship their shipments to themselves c/o the hotel. Direct shipping is handled by the onsite FedEx Office which has limited storage space and levies storage and handling fees. You may experience delays waiting for the FedEx Office to retrieve your shipments from the storage during set up and the FedEx office is closed on Sundays. Exhibitor shipments sent c/o Willwork will be moved by Willwork to your specified booth location(s) during set up.

Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress FedEx Office

The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress FedEx Office is located one level above the conference center. Hours are 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM on Monday-Tuesday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM on Wednesday-Friday, and 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM on Saturday. The FedEx Office is CLOSED on Sundays.
