Premier Sponsor Exhibits

Directions Premier Sponsor Exhibits will be a conference focal point located in the high traffic areas in the Silver Pearl Foyer (Diamond and Gold Sponsors) and Silver Pearl Ballroom 2 (Silver Sponsors). Directions will print your Kiosk and Banner artwork, deliver and set up.

Please note your exhibit must stay within your designated space and all setup must be in compliance with Fire Marshall and Hotel regulations. You may not set up any other exhibit structures. Wireless Internet for attendee use is available throughout the conference. Please refer to kiosk artwork and banner guidelines and shipping and exhibitor services.

Diamond Sponsors
Your Premier Sponsor Exhibit includes a 2-meter kiosk, a standing banner, 2 barstools, and a power drop.

Gold Sponsors
Your Premier Sponsor Exhibit includes a 2-meter kiosk, 1 barstool, and a power drop.

Silver Sponsors
Your Premier Sponsor Exhibit includes a 1-meter kiosk with hanging banner, 1 barstool, and a power drop.

  • Tuesday, April 16, 10:15 AM - 5:45 PM
  • Wednesday, April 17, 9:00 AM - 12:45 PM

Exhibit Setup and Teardown Schedule

  • Setup: Sunday, April 14, 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Teardown: Wednesday, April 17, 12:45 PM - 3:00 PM

Security

To ensure security of your properties, please do not leave computers, valuable items and sensitive materials unattended at any time. While there will be security personnel on duty during conference and off hours, Directions cannot be responsible for any damage or lost items. All unattended materials will be removed and may be disposed of. Your exhibit must be removed at the conclusion of Exhibit Teardown.

Premier Sponsor Exhibits and Assignments

Directions Premier Sponsor Exhibits will be located in the Silver Pearl Foyer and Silver Pearl Ballroom 2, and will enjoy continuous flows of traffic from attendees throughout the conference days. Exhibit spaces will be assigned based on sponsorship levels and when sponsorships were requested and paid. A Premier Sponsor Exhibit map and assignments will be available closer to the conference dates.
