Premier Sponsor Exhibit Area

Directions Premier Sponsor Exhibits will be a conference focal point located in the high traffic areas at the Grand Cypress and Windsong Ballroom Foyers. Directions will print your Kiosk and Banner artwork, deliver and set up.

Please note your exhibit must stay within your designated space and all setup must be in compliance with Fire Marshall and Hotel regulations. You may not set up any other exhibit structures. Wireless Internet for attendee use is available throughout the conference. Please refer to kiosk artwork and banner guidelines and shipping and exhibitor services.

Diamond Sponsors
Your space will be 18' x 10' and include a 2-meter kiosk, a standing banner, a high cocktail round, 2 barstools, and a power drop.

Gold Sponsors
Your space will be 15' x 8' and include a 2-meter kiosk with hanging banner, a high cocktail round, 2 barstools, and a power drop.

Silver Sponsors
Your space will be 8' x 6', and include a 1-meter kiosk with hanging banner, 2 chairs, and a power drop.

  • Sunday, 3:00 PM - 6:30 PM
  • Monday: 12:30 PM - 7:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 9:15 AM - 5:45 PM
  • Wednesday: 9:15 AM - 12:00 PM

Exhibit Setup and Teardown Schedule

  • Setup: Sunday, April 16, 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM
  • Teardown: Wednesday, April 19, 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM (Timing currently tentative)


To ensure security of your properties, please do not leave computers, valuable items and sensitive materials unattended at any time. While there will be security personnel on duty during conference and off hours, Directions cannot be responsible for any damage or lost items. Your exhibit must be removed at the conclusion of Exhibit Teardown.

Premier Sponsor Exhibits and Assignments

Directions Premier Sponsor Exhibits will be located in the Grand Cypress Portico and Foyer and Windsong Foyer, and will enjoy continuous flows of traffic from attendees throughout the conference days. See photos of the Portico and Foyers below. Exhibit spaces will be assigned based on sponsorship levels and when sponsorships were requested and paid.
